Strawberry Salad recipe
Ingredients:
4 cups of fresh strawberries, rinsed, hulled and sliced.
½ cup of halved cashew nuts.
3 tablespoons of orange juice.
2 tablespoons of caramel ice cream topping.
2 tablespoons of maple syrup.
Directions:
Prepare the strawberries and place them in a serving bowl.
Mix together the orange juice, caramel topping and maple syrup.
Drizzle the mixture over the strawberries.
Lightly toast the cashew nuts by baking at 350°F (175°C) for 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the cashews over the strawberry salad.
Serve.
