Rum Fruit Salad recipe
Ingredients:
DRESSING
2 tablespoon of chopped crystalised ginger.
1 cup of orange juice.
3 tablespoons of honey.
2 teaspoons of rum.
FRUIT SALAD
4 cups of strawberries, sliced.
4 kiwi fruit, peeled and sliced.
2 papayas, peeled and sliced.
Directions:
In a suitably sized saucepan, mix together the dressing ingredients.
Heat to boiling; then remove from heat and allow to cool back down to ambient temperature.
In another bowl, combine the strawberries, kiwis and papayas.
Pour the dressing over the fruits and toss lightly.
Refrigerate for 1 hour before serving.
