Mango Salsa recipe
Ingredients:
1 ripe mango, peeled and diced into very small cubes.
1 jalapeno chili, seeded and chopped finely.
2 tablespoons of orange juice.
2 tablespoons of lemon juice.
Directions:
In a suitably sized bowl, combine the mango, jalapeno and fruit juices.
Allow to stand for about 20 minutes, stirring a few times.
Serve as desired.
