Japanese Cabbage Salad with Chicken recipe
Ingredients:
SALAD
2 tablespoons of sesame seeds.
2 tablespoons of slivered almonds.
½ head of cabbage, thinly sliced.
2 green onions with tops, chopped.
1 packet of ramen noodles, broken and uncooked
1 chicken breast, boiled and chopped.
DRESSING
½ cup of vegetable oil.
3 tablespoons of vinegar.
2 tablespoons of sugar.
1 teaspoon of salt.
½ teaspoon of pepper.
Directions:
Toast the sesame seeds and almonds in oven until light brown; then combine with remaining salad ingredients.
Mix all of the dressing ingredients together; then pour over salad mixture and toss lightly.
Chill overnight before serving.
