Fresh Fruit Salad recipe
Ingredients:
2-3 apricots.
1 medium red apple, cored.
1 medium green apple, cored.
1 medium orange.
2 ounces of stoned cherries.
2 ounces seedless grapes.
¾ cup of apple juice.
Lemon juice.
Directions:
Dice the apples into small pieces.
Drizzle the apple pieces with lemon juice.
Dice the apricots and segment the orange.
Add the grapes, cherries, orange and apricots.
Pour the apple juice over top of fruit and allow to stand for about 90 minutes.
Serve.
