Asparagus Salad recipe
Ingredients:
4 oz of fresh asparagus spears.
4 oz of tomatoes.
4 oz of baby potatoes.
2 oz of fresh corn.
2 tablespoons of spinach sauce.
Salt.
Directions:
Slice the tomatoes.
Boil and peel the baby potatoes.
Take a pan and place asparagus spears inside; then pour boiling hot water over them.
Add salt to the water and allow to simmer for about 12 minutes.
Remove the asparagus spears and run cold water over them. Drain, then set aside.
Place the asparagus, potatoes, corn and tomato slices in a bowl.
Pour spinach sauce over top.
Chill and serve ad desired.
